Our webcam uses 3 cameras (2 fixed and 1 panning) streamed in sequence to give a rotating 360 degree view of the harbour in 1080p resolution.  To conserve mobile data (transmission is over 4G) the system operates only between 06:00 and 23:00.

To further conserve data the system switches down to lower resolution with no panning prior to sunrise (or 07:30, whichever is later) and after sunset (or 21:00, whichever is earlier).​
